Role NCO IS Support / Licence Management / Connectivity Architect

-Act as IT architect with focus on connectivity ICCW G6 Enterprise Lead Architect, Münster Detachment (MSDet) for all static information domains of 1GNC Peacetime Locations (PTL), including and if required in the deployed related domains.
-Administration and management of licencing agreements and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations ICCW national and NATO stakeholders and agencies; maintaining records and documentation of licencing agreements and renewals.
-Assist in supporting and sustaining current CIS infrastructure of 1GNC Peacetime Locations (PTL) ICCW staff branches, subordinate units, external national and international agencies and contractors.

1GNC is a multi-national Headquarter environment where military and civilians work close together (that is exempt from VAT). It contains mainly out of German and Dutch personal. Languages within the HQ (Headquarter) is mandatory English, preferable is also German and/or Dutch.

All tasks related to the job to be executed from 1GNC, Münster, Germany. Candidate should be willing to work in Münster the whole week. Kind request to also try to identify candidates that are already living in Germany, or candidates with a German background. NATO clearances are applicable. Language of instruction is English.

- Candidate has proven experience in IT-architecture.
- Candidate has proven workexperience in a multi-national environment.
- Candidate has proven experience in licencing and compliance.
- Candidate has knowledge about or experience with NATO Networking Infrastructure and Digital Communication.
- Candidate holds a certificate in ITIL Foundation.
- Candidate holds a certificate in licence management (incl. modules for government service).
- Candidate has proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Candidate has experience in software asset management.
- Candidate is proficient in English at level 3332.

Not mandatory but preferred:
- Knowledge of strategic and tactical communications networls (esp. NLD, DEU and NATO) is preferred. NATO Networking Infrastructure (ETOC Course ID: CCC-DC-32237) is preferred. Digital Commuincation (JADL113) (ETOC Course ID: CCC-DC-22276) is preferred.
- Working experience in military divisional or corps environment is preferred.
- Experience with contract negotiation and management is preferred.
- NATO C4ISR Technology Orientation (ETOC Course ID: CCC-SM-22206) is preferred. MS SharePoint User Training (ETOC Course ID: CCC-ET-32336) is preferred.
- Certification in network architecture is preferred.
- Education in computer science or electronics is preferred.
- Proficiency in the German language is preferred

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Location: Münster, Germany (fulltime on site)
Hours: minimum of 32 per week
The job is for minimum of 30 months.
Direct availability is not required, this job requires NATO screening which takes up about 4 - 12 weeks.
Start: when finished screening, around March, April or May. 
Hourly rate: between 70 - 90 euro (all-in / inclusing travel fees)
