Software Developer

• Design and develop SCADA monitoring solutions using WinCC OA

• Integrate camera systems, PLCs, KPIs, and remote diagnostics

• Collaborate with hardware and automation teams

• Support commissioning and on-site implementation (occasional visits)

• Contribute to agile development processes

• Help shape new features for future crane systems

This role focuses on developing a SCADA-based system that brings together live data from cranes — including sensors, cameras, PLCs, and performance metrics — into one smart interface. Think: real-time dashboards, remote control, KPI monitoring, and diagnostics, all in one place.

The system is currently in MVP stage and being implemented on new cranes — your work will directly impact the next phase of innovation.

• 3+ years' experience with C#

• Strong skills in object-oriented programming (C++, Java, .NET)

• Experience with industrial automation, motion control, or mechatronics

• Solid knowledge of databases, especially Oracle
• WinCC OA is a plus

• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus

• Team player, good communicator, proactive mindset

• Valid driver’s license
