Sr AWS Dev Ops Platform Engineer GenAI

• Designing and maintaining AWS-based infrastructure using services like Lambda, ECS, Bedrock and CDK
• Building reusable components for things like RAG pipelines, agent-based workflows and AI gateway integrations
• Setting up and supporting data solutions (PostgreSQL, NoSQL, vector databases) tailored to GenAI use cases
• Improving visibility and reliability of AI applications using observability tooling (e.g. Langfuse, Langsmith or similar)
• Developing backend services and integrations using Python and TypeScript
• Supporting teams in adopting the platform and making the right technical choices

As a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building a scalable AI platform that enables teams across the organization to adopt Generative AI in a reliable and responsible way.

This isn’t just about infrastructure. You’ll help shape how AI is used in practice — by creating reusable components, setting standards, and supporting teams as they start building with GenAI.

You’ll work closely with engineers, architects, and product teams in an environment where experimentation and pragmatism go hand in hand.

You’ll be part of a platform-focused area within a larger digital organization. The team builds and maintains the internal platforms and tooling used by a large number of development teams.

These platforms are critical in ensuring that teams can deliver quickly, securely, and at scale. Your work will directly support products used by millions of end users.

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps, Platform, Cloud, or AI Engineer
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS, Bedrock or similar services)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CDK, Terraform, etc.)
• At least 1 year of experience working with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, agent workflows)
• Solid programming skills in Python (TypeScript is a plus)
• Experience with different types of data stores (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases)
• Familiarity with AI observability or ML monitoring tools
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• A DevOps mindset and strong awareness of security and reliability
