    Are you an experienced Product Owner with a passion for Payments and Process Optimization? We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic,international environment and is ready to take ownership of key payment order management functions within a leading financial services organization.

    • Translate new payment services, regulations, or change requests into clear business and functional requirements

    • Define and prioritize user stories for development teams

    • Manage the product backlog and contribute to the strategic roadmap

    • Ensure seamless onboarding of SEPA, international, and domestic payments

    • Collaborate with teams across Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations

    • Support solution design with an end-to-end business view

    • Document assessments and ensure regulatory compliance is met

    • Simplify complex payment flows and ensure operational readiness

    • Contribute to smooth 24/7 payment operations

    As Product Owner (Customer Journey Expert), you’ll join a team of experts working on strategic improvements within payment order management. This team plays an important role in supporting global payment capabilities and ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and ready for the future.

    Dit neem je mee

    • HBO or WO degree in a relevant field

    • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Customer Journey Expert

    • Strong knowledge of banking, payments, or financial services

    • Experience with SEPA, SWIFT, and/or domestic payment systems

    • Proven experience managing complex stakeholder environments

    • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in financial services

    • Comfortable working in an Agile (Scrum) environment

    • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)

    • Excellent communication and documentation skills

    • Analytical, proactive, and organized mindset
