- Making sure that all the incoming questions and issues are resolved as quickly as possible;
- Configuring, Patching and maintaining the application within the Azure environment;
- Being the contact person and giving support to end users;
- Being in contact with the vendor;
- Supporting and operating SaaS platform.

You and the team are responsible for making sure that the application is up and running in the best way possible. You will be a bridge between the end users (your colleagues) and the vendor.
