Our client is an international player active in the industrial sector. They are growing fast and for this reason they are looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer who will be responsible for automating the weekly release cycles from the development team.
Your new role requires ownership, flexibility and eagerness to learn, because there is only one other person in the same role. They plan to form a multidisciplinary, self-managing platform team that will be responsible for keeping the backend of the ERP system up-to-date, secure, and fast and the automated execution of periodic releases, which you will join.
Any level of experience is appreciated.
Experience or very eager to learn the software that will become your primary focus:
• Git (bitbucket)
• Jenkins
• Oracle-SQL

Open to any other technology to improve our end-user experience and the effectiveness of the development team (such as SaaS solutions, Docker/Kubernetes)

- You have at least a bachelor's degree in ICT or have completed a thorough traineeship;
- At least 1 year of experience as a DevOps Specialist in a large organization;
- Experience with scripting and programming and you get excited about automation;
- Experience with designing CI/CD pipelines;
- Experience with Jenkins is a plus;
- Experience with Oracle and/or Linux is a big plus;
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written, at a professional level;
- You are confident, can maintain an overview, are flexible, and feel at home in a dynamic environment.

- Salary from 3000 to 4500 euros per month based on 40 hours per week;
- Holiday pay 8.33% of gross annual salary;
- Vacation days: 25 + 1/2 day per quarter that you are not sick;
- Travel allowance 23 cents/kilometer (maximum €300 per month);
- Health insurance: €50 per month contribution.
