You will work as an IT Engineer focusing on the development of Salesforce applications. Your main tasks involve:
- You will develop, test and maintain applications on Salesforce;
- You will be in contact with stakeholders, to discuss technological design and implementation;
- You will, together with the team, think of innovative ideas to for example modernize the applications and automate processes;
- You will work on a DevOps Environment.

You will work in a big financial organization in Amsterdam. In this position, you will join a diverse environment with professionals from different nationalities. The department consists of 10 scrum teams that focus on different functionalities within the Salesforce platform. These professionals work agile, they have a DevOps mindset and are open to share their knowledge with you and challenge you on your skills.
The team in which you will be working is responsible for developing the software implementation that gives complex loans to corporations. That means you will be working on applications that impact millions of customers. In addition, because of the complexity of the loans and the corporations, you will engage in an large number of configurations within the platform.
You will start in a team where you will first get familiar with the platform itself, after a few months you can decide what your focus within Salesforce will be. This can be from development to the business side of things.

- You have a bachelor's degree in information/computer science or related study;
- You can develop in Salesforce or comparable platform (nice to have);
- You have an interest to work in the field of loans;
- You have an open mindset towards learning and growing;
- You are a curious person and is always looking to solve a puzzle;
- You are familiar with DevOps and Agile way of working

- Holiday pay 8% of gross annual salary;
- 25 Vacation days + 1 bonus day per quarter if you have remained fit and healthy (read: do not report sick);
- Travel allowance 19 cents / kilometer;
