- Actively build your network within various clients through cold acquisition, attending events, and client visits
- Establish new and strengthen existing relationships with IT Managers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders in the HR process
- Stay informed about the market by following the latest news, business developments, and personnel situation with clients
- Think in solutions with the challenges of your contact person at the client
- Together with your colleagues, ensure that the right match for open vacancies is found, where you will guide the client process
- A bit of administration is also part of the job, but fortunately, we have very smooth and modern tools for that!

- Minimum of higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level
- Experience as a (junior) Account Manager
- Availability of 40 hours per week
- Good command of the English language due to communication with clients and colleagues
- Experience with cold acquisition
- A nice lease car is waiting for you, so a driver's license B comes in handy
