As a QC&I Lead on the Kauri Project, your responsibilities will include the following tasks, amongst others:
Deliver an integrated holistic and aligned Quote, Contract and Invoice template
Gather all central and local QC&I content requirements for the template
Safeguarding the global template to avoid framework localization
Ensure that the QC&I objectives and desired outcomes, benefits, measurements and timelines are in line with global design principles
Collaboration with country stakeholders
Guide and support the local QC&I owners in defining, prioritizing, designing, testing and implementing business critical QC&I template features.
Prepare objectives for each phase of the project and make sure that the local Q&C owners follow up on these deliverables
Establish and manage scope, deliverables and timelines, with input from the local Q&C Owners
Ensure proper requirement handover towards your IT counterpart to start development
Continuously monitors progress of project activities, and steer benefit realization and delivery of intended results
Ensure continuous and effective communication to relevant team members, stakeholders and colleagues throughout the project
Collaboration with central stakeholders
Align with local and central Legal departments to ensure completeness of the QC&I templates based on local legal or statutory requirements
Align with Central Marketing on global communication and brand guidelines
Manage the local QC&I owners via the waterfall development framework, with support from Central Business and IT
Be able to motivate and inspire colleagues from the local countries, Business and IT, as well as across the project work streams, various functions and levels of the organization

Knowledge & Experience
Legal or Marketing background with contract document template experience is a pre
IT background with applications like Salesforce, Apttus and SAP are a pre
Fluency in oral and written English
Experience with project and process management (analysis, design, development, implementation and change management)
Experience leading and managing a (project) team or work stream
Knowledge of the OOH business and/or the foodservice industry
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively and accomplish results
Experience in the foodservice industry is a pre.
Salary is between 3500 - 7000 bruto for 40 hours. Freelance is also possible.
