Over de functie

You will be a part of an international HR team. Your working location will be mainly Breda and so now and then a different office in the area.
In the role of HR & Administration officer responsible for Netherlands you are working 32 hours a week

The Human Resources and Administration Officer is responsible for the efficient, and accountable administration of human resources for the Dutch business unit. In this job you report to the HR Manager and act as the focal point for the business unit.

The  main responsibilities

  • People and administrative support is ensured according to high qualitative standards
    • Adequate liaison and consistent communication to and between the offices provided
    • Human Resources is planned, managed, recruited and developed in line with the Strategic Framework
    • Routine and on-demand HR/payroll and QHSSE reports to management provided to allow for informed decision making
    • Adequate support provided to the HR Manager and BU Director in productivity, performance, and HR management
    • Standard and on-demand human resources reports provided to management to allow for informed decision makin 
  • Track staff movement and enhance record-keeping, internal controls, and compliance with legal, labour requirements;
  • Develop and maintain functional and efficient human resources management and administration systems, processes, procedures, and performance management system;
  • Contribute to budget preparations and audit activities;
  • Continuous Education & Professional Development Job Requirements;
  • Provide back up support for other team members.;
  • Provide monthly, quarterly and yearly internal and external reports in a timely manner, as needed;

Functie-eisen

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Administration with a Minimum of 3 years’ experience in human resources management and administration;
  • Experience in a International environment with young professionals and expats
  • Working in virtual teams is essential;
  • Knowledge and experience in national legislation of the countries within the business unit;
  • Basic knowledge on compensation and benefits is essential.
Knowledge and skills 
  • Fluent in English and Dutch;
  • Knowledge of the Dutch labour law;
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines;
  • Can work  independently, since the team operates internationally

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Our client offers a permanent contract with good secundairy benefits
- salary 3100 - 3700 euro exclusive holiday allowance based on 40 hour a week
- 25 holiday days
- bonus 10% based on organization and personal performance 
- pensioen payed for 90%
- travel expence 0,25 euro a kilometer
- 32 hours a week
