Purpose of this role:
Our client has gone through a merger in 2016 and has set new goals and benchmarks for the coming year. This merger will allow them to grow more effectively and continue to compete in the logistics market. For this integration project, we would like to offer a challenging and unique opportunity to become a member of the finance integration team.

Who are you:
As an analyst, you know through a thorough analysis of the business within Excel and HRIS systems how to improve the business on multiple levels. You are capable of overseeing processes, ask the right questions to the right people and see opportunities that lead to improvement. You enjoy working these improvements out in user cases, requirements or user stories for example. 
You like to sift through data across interdepended work streams and ensure that decisions on approach & tooling and databases being made across all make sense- and in a way that will allow for seamless integration of data down the line. 
You are fluent in English, have experience in HRIS systems and have created macros in Excel. Achieving the highest possible result is your life-goal.

Key activities:

•    Guide countries on how to complete their Employee Baseline Refresh (and how to incorporate any updates made to Central Job Mapping to be integrated to country Slotting files)
•    Guide countries on how to link their Slotting Validation outcomes data to the FBA headcount numbers (in order to begin Selection)
•    Develop any central components of Selection tooling (i.e., allowing countries to link the following data files: Refreshed Baseline - Slotting Outcomes -  local Selection Outcomes - iPFS headcount)
•    Look at data architecture across the interdependent work streams (OD / WFT / C&B / Workday / HRIS) and ensure that decisions on approach & tooling and databases being made across all make sense – and in a way that will allow for seamless integration of data down the line (*this requires senior attention from the appropriate work stream leads as well)
•    Link any required data back to OD work stream (e.g., ensuring that Employee Baseline Refresh outcomes are shared with Central OD in appropriate form so that OD headcount numbers can be updated)
•    Potential role in supporting the ‘deviations’ consolidation process (e.g., consolidating deviations, categorizing them, dispatching to OD and C&B for approval)
•    Potential role in supporting cross-country selection process (e.g., consolidating slotting outcomes for select roles as input to cross-country selection)
•    Consolidate and report on agreed-upon WFT metrics (e.g., slotting validation progress by countries, key metrics on design realization, etc.)
•    Potentially provide support on ad-hoc data management requests from countries (where approved)

Functie-eisen

Requirements:
•    Familiar with Integration program and HR work streams
•    In particular, experienced with the OD workstream and knowledgeable about the Functional Blueprint Application’s development and its data architecture
•    Knowledgeable about the HRIS systems / files currently being used by FedEx and TNT in Wave 1 countries
•    Expertise in data architecture, data cleansing, data QA, tool setup and support, etc.
•    Ability to develop tracking / reporting dashboards to track agreed upon WFT metrics (e.g., slotting validation progress by countries, key metrics on design realization, etc.)
•    Knowledgeable about OrgVue and has previously worked with Concentra
