Sox Compliance Officer The Sox Compliance Officer position is responsible for overseeing compliance and audit activities within the IT department. The manager will perform audits as required to ensure compliance with internal policies and standards, as well as external regulation (Sarbanes Oxley). The officer will work as a liaison between the IT department and Internal or External Auditors. Also, the officer is responsible for overseeing the Identity Management and Compliance Analyst.
Responsible for overseeing the completion of monthly user comparisons done by the Identity Management and Compliance Analyst
Responsible for completing monthly audit items; changed object reviews on all financial systems and review of security requests
Responsible for completing quarterly audit activities; compiling lists of developers for approval by management and saving backup logs for the legacy iSeries systems
Responsible for compiling annual General Manager/Business Owner user account review for all legacy systems
Perform compliance reviews as required, such activities may include,
High risk user accounts
High risk Active Directory groups
High risk Active Directory gpo
Any review requested by IT management team
Work with Infosec team to ensure all security related procedures and documentation is correct
Supports the overall rollout and adoption of computer systems. This includes tasks that may include customer communication, user testing, customer support, security reviews.
Support Identity Management and Compliance Analyst as required
Complete weekly review of security requests still open and time worked for Identity Management and Compliance Analyst
Perform annual review for Identity Management and Compliance Analyst

Microsoft Office product experience
Strong attention to detail
Strong written, verbal communication and partnering skills
Bachelor degree or associates degree in related technical / business or equivalent work experience
Previous compliance or infosec experience preferred
Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley, HIPPA, PCI laws preferred
Max 7.5% bonus
Travel costs are reimbursed
