Moreover you actively pursue feedback and take action to meet and manage expectations, as well as pro-actively providing advice to (senior) management to support strategic decision making processes.
You initiate and manage remuneration benchmarking and compensation related processes, whilst monitoring the external market at the same time. To determine the company’s competitive position you participate in international compensation surveys and provide thoughtful analyses of relevant developments on compensation plans. You ensure innovative policies and processes enhancing employee experiences, establish compensation guidelines, and if necessary draft policy guidelines to accompany.
