You will be assigned to a specific portion of our business where you will be part of the leadership team. As a business partner you will be a sparring partner and coach for department managers and supervisors to strengthen their overall leadership performance and act as a sounding board and trusted advisor to both managers and employees. This role will encompass the following (but not exclusively):
Providing (proactive) advice, council and service to the organization (managers & employees) for essential HR-related matters and trends
Partnering with line management on desired organizational change, with emphasis on culture, behaviour and strategic staff planning (succession planning, inclusion, talent development) in order to ensure engagement of people
Driving Training & Development processes as appropriate
Driving efforts toward desired culture of the newly found company and facilitate management’s ability to lead through change
Contributing effectively in the Performance Management process, i.e. follow-up on talents, high performers, potentials, low performers, need-to-moves, etc.
Facilitating alignment of the execution of HR policies and delivering HR solutions towards our clients by initiating and implementing solutions, leading & supporting (global) HR initiatives
Establishing and maintaining constructive relationships with the internal organization and external relevant bodies: supervisors and employees, HR Community, Employee Service Centre, Union and Works Council representatives, with the Health Service and other third parties such as recruitment agencies, law offices
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the business, HR trends and employment legislation and pro-actively use knowledge to provide excellent customer focused, value add, service provision.
Over het bedrijf
Bachelor or University degree in HR, or alternatively Law, Economics, Psychology or Business Administration
Min. 7 years of experience as an HR generalist, preferably in a multinational (matrix) and industrial environment.
Fluent in speaking and writing Dutch and English
Demonstrated business acumen and organizational agility; understanding all the aspects of the business and understand the interdependency with regards to people and organizational topics
Coaching ability, direct and indirect influencing skills, being a change driver are considered as strong assets
Inspiring personality with ambition and drive to grow within Chemours™
Ability to advice in a clearly, compelling way, to ensure client buy-in
Decisive, flexible, stress-resilient, autonomous with good sense of team spirit, can do-attitude
Capability to manage a high workload and proven track record to take the initiative and manage change.
