For our Mattel office in Amstelveen we are looking for an Regional Customer Service Coordinator. In this position you will be responsible for the coordination of all promotional jobs (displays, bundles etc.) between the local market (sales, marketing, planning, customer service) and the DC’s.
Key responsibilities in this position are:
Create a rework plan & share with DC and local customer service per agreed lead-times per DC
Utilize all available data to make decisions about when (possibly where) to rework
Work closely with local sales, marketing teams to agree available stock dates
Look for potential cost savings / alignment across the region
Monitor shipping against reworked stock and highlight any ‘excess’ to relevant personnel

Education & Experience: College degree preferable, preferably in Business discipline, possibly with a Supply Chain work placement, together with 2-3 years professional experience in a similar role in a similar organization.
