For a large multinational we are looking for a Export Shipping Coordinator/ Customer Care Representative or (Customer Order Manager) work location Area Maastricht.

You have your own portfolio of clients, located in for example the Middle East and Africa, from where you will be responsible for ordermanagement, relationship building, problem solving issues, shipment of the goods (export) and after sales. A very dynamic and challenging position where no day will be the same. Together with you colleagues you trie to cope with the daily tasks and issues which can occur.
You have the ability to monitor product & information flows as well as resolving issues in an efficient, compliant and effective way to ultimately strive for the highest level of customer experience.
Responsibilities include processing orders in ERP systems, manage all incoming calls & handle all incoming e-mails to (CS shared) mailboxes and dealing with requests.
You know the ins and outs of the Letter of Credits (LC) process and documents and know how to manage this process with the other stakeholders.
The job entails close working relationships with distributors, EMEA sales offices & sales force, Customer Care Shared Service Centers, Regional businesses department, finance, regulatory, operations, transport, supply chain department & banks. Further you are responsible for the the export of the goods with the wright shipping requirements per client per country.
Over het bedrijf
BSc degree, for example International Business
Experience as a export coordinator or as a or as a Key Account Coordinator with preferably a Logistics background or experience gained within an exporteur / shipping company or a logistics service provider,
Knowledge of LC ( Letter of Credits ) is a preference
Knowledge of ERP systems and MS-Office
Excellent knowledge of English and preferable other languages. (Dutch is not nescecarry)
Excellent communication skills, strong problem solving skills
Multi tasker who is able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment, stress resistant
