In this role you are a member of the Business Unit (BU) Management Team. You will impact the BU by providing strategic and consultative services at a global level. You contribute to the BU business goals through translating business demand into BU HR strategy and initiatives, ensuring that HR processes and tooling are utilized in an effective and impactful way. Furthermore, you contribute to the HR strategy and you are responsible for its execution in the BU. You report to the Business Group HR Director and you directly lead HR site management in the US and EMEA.
To create added value by guiding and supporting the business in managing their Human Resources and making full use of the capabilities of our employees: in alignment with the BU goals and personal development of the individuals. Key responsibilities: • HR Strategy: Translate the Business Unit needs into a strategy and year plan • Organizational Management and Design: Identify, initiate and monitor organizational and/or cultural change. Act as a change agent in development & change programs. Workforce planning and modeling. Coaching, mentoring, teambuilding. • Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits: Design and implement international process/procedure on Remuneration, Compensation & Benefits. Support and challenge the yearly performance appraisal for employees and senior management. • Talent Management: Ensure Business Group aligned execution and provide local business needs input to Workforce Planning, Succession planning, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Performance Management for the BU. • HR Portfolio management: Ensuring consistency and compliance of policies, procedures and other standards. More than 8 years of experience in a broad field of HRM subjects, with Talent Management and Organizational Development as a prerequisite. Having worked multiple years in a strategic – preferably international - HRM role, within a complex matrixed multinational. • Master’s degree or equivalent in (international) business administration • Knowledge of organizational design and change management • Experience with project management and working in diverse project teams • Teambuilding and development, experience in setting up and initiating relevant sessions/activities cross culturally. • Preferably international experience within the food industry • Business and financial knowledge and understanding • Business acumen & visionary mindset combined with pragmatic attitude
