As Operations Lead you will be accountable for the Business as Usual (BaU) activities of the Integrations stream. Further, you also will be critical in the ongoing management of systems changes & incidents by ensuring offshore teams are adhering to internal SLA's and providing a high degree of client satisfaction. You will also need to have a continuous improvement mindset & show initiatives to bring us to the next level with our integration platforms.
Technical & Functional Skills:
Minimum 8 years of proven experience as Operations/Support consultant in the field of integration solutions with SAP as the core.
Must have technical knowledge in SAP PI/PRO & Seeburger.
Must have functional knowledge and experience in the field of SAP processes.
Experience in working with incidents & changes to lead an offshore Operations team.
Experience with change management tools following ITIL processes.
Experience with release management processes in a large scale enterprise.
Vendor management experience would be an added advantage.
Must have the ability to get a holistic overview of Enterprise functions and business processes.
Improve SLA & OLA reports & continuously track them.
Transitions Projects into Operations.
Setup, implement and improve Support Model, manage Knowledge Transfers and prepares for acceptance on behalf of the Operations team.
Process oriented approach with positive outcomes.
Must have a continuous improvement mindset for enterprise enablement.
Ability to lead & steer a discussion.
Self-driven approach with visionary mindset.
Straight and Analytical communication.
Fluency in English language.
Good listening and recording skills with attention to detail.
