Currently we are looking for a Business Process Manager – Sales Force Automation. In this role you are responsible for providing in-depth business process expertise for all customer relationship management processes. This process is supported by various sales applications and at the same time the BPM must be able to advice in the design of the technical solution, manage standardization and challenge our service providers. Strong communication and presentation skills are a must to function as a bridge between business users (all levels) and service providers.
Be the specialist and demonstrate knowledge in the functional business process area CRM;
Secure template and strive for standardization while implemented solutions are accepted centrally and locally;
Provide methodology and guidelines to the local teams during template rollouts ensuring the quality of the implementation and adherence to the template;
Propose and assess functionality to complement the template with required functionality;
Pro-active and re-active cooperation to continuously improve business processes and the template;
Keep project management informed on progress and issues that may influence the deliverables of the project;
Provide conceptual design of global/local gaps to the development team offshore;
Keep unique, integrated solutions along the rollout;
Monitor and challenge service providers on solution proposals;
Business advisory role for new trends in IT solutions and optimization of processes;
Provide and update template documentation.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in IT environment;
Consultancy skills in Salesforce and (preferably also) in SAP CRM and C4C, as well as other SAP modules (SD/MM/CS);
Proven experience in building and maintaining a (CRM) template;
Ability to lead a team and coach the consultants in the team;
A profound knowledge of CRM processes;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English with different stakeholders;
Strong communication/presentation and consulting skills;
International experience and used to work in multi-cultural environments;
