The purpose of the function is to execute commercial marketing activities and to support the local sales organization in Germany. You will report to the Manager Marketing & Business Development.
The main tasks and responsibilities are:
Ensure sales and marketing plan execution with the acceptance and commitment of local sales teams in Germany in line with the company's communication Strategy;
Take care of external and internal communications, by working closely together with both internal organization and external agencies;
Build a strong online presence of the company brand in Germany;
Support the German sales team with (online) lead generation and first line follow up according to defined processes;
Work with and utilize the strong synergies that exist within the company's group;
Closely monitor marketing execution and costs per contact, and owning measurement of campaign results and execution adjustment;
Understanding the (local) German competitive landscape to provide in-depth information about current and future markets, product performance, customers, and competitors.

Education level: Higher vocational education and/or Master degree in international marketing and communication;
Excellent knowledge of the English and German language, both must be fluent in verbal and in writing;
Working experience in marketing communications, preferably in a B2B environment and/or within the building materials industry;
Preferably knowledge of social media;
Strong project management skills: interpersonal communicator and collaborator;
Strong verbal and written communications skills. Ability to write and revise commercial texts;
Competences: pro-active, pragmatic, enthusiastic and open minded;
Knowledge of an additional language besides English and German is definitely a plus.
Salary: between 3500 and 3800 gross per month (based on a 40 hourly work week)
Start date: A.S.A.P.
Between 16 - 24 hours a week
