For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for 4 change managers, location Amsterdam, Arnhem or Sassenheim.  Hours between 24-40 per week, what ever you prefer. Innitialy a temporary role, but could turn into a permanent role.

Global Business Services (GBS, a shared service center) Organization wants to deliver services to the business with competitive pricing whereas the interaction with the customer (their business) is key. The business should be able to rely on their delivery partner, GBS.
As GBS continues to grow and transitions move work from legacy service locations to new captive shared services centers and BPO operations, we run the risk of disrupting the businesses and creating resistance. 

For one of our projects an in-depth change & communication strategy and plan is needed, as well as the execution of the plan. Activities include: stakeholder engagement, communications, change interventions, change measurement, change network set up & execution, organization impact assessment, change leadership sessions, coaching & change embedding. 

Your objectives are:

  • Responsible for Organizational Change Management and Communications within the FinanceServiceNow project.
  • Lead the OCM work for this project based on our clients Change Management methodology and best practices.
  • Ensure minimal organizational disruption by managing the overall impact of the project for our stakeholders in the business, functions and GBS.

Over het bedrijf


  • Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Organizational behavior, Business Management, or other degree with relevant OCM experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
  • At least 3 years relevant work experience in OCM, project management, communication and training.  
  • Experience in working for a multinational company on large and complex global transformations.
  • Strong preference of having business experiences  in other business functions, like Financial, Procurement, HR or IT


This is innitialy a temporary role until the end of this year, but could turn into la longer opportunity. Therefore also independant contractors are more than welcome to apply.
Fulltime or part time? What ever you prefer!

Salary indication based on a 40 hours working week €4000 - € 6000 per month depending on experience + 25 holidays, travel cost compensation, pension scheme etc.

Hourly rate independant contractor negotiable.
