With your own portfolio of roles to manage in Supply Chain, you will start to build valued relationships with the HRBP and stakeholders from across the business from Day 1. With your experience and expertise, you’ll be adept at coaching our hiring managers, advising them and driving for quality outcomes. The recruitment project that you will manage includes 7 new demand planning roles, 2 new planning managers roles and a supply network planning manager role. Working with a great (but small) team your key responsibilities will include:
Business Partnering with stakeholders to ensure we attract, identify and secure great talent for the organization with a focus on candidate experience, quality, time, cost and potential.
Sourcing candidates via the relevant channels to strengthen the candidate pipeline.
Coaching hiring managers, increasing capability and supporting the process ensuring a great candidate experience and encouraging workforce planning.
Receiving, reviewing and qualifying candidates focusing on quality and utilizing our new, highly collaborative Talent Acquisition Solution (currently being deployed). Where necessary, this can include managing interview bookings and testing processes with candidates and suppliers.
Knowing which channels to leverage to attract the right talent and creating a plan to make it work.

A minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience, ideally a combination of corporate & agency recruitment. Supply chain recruitment experience is considered strongly advantageous.
Proven experience in successfully managing recruitment within a fast-paced environment (either in-house or agency).
Proven experience of driving a direct hiring model with extensive knowledge of traditional routes to market and an inquisitive mindset around future methods.
Proven experience of managing and influencing stakeholders up to a senior level.
Proven ability to work autonomously with a driven, tenacious and outcome focused mentality.
Passionate about talent acquisition with a personal pride in delivering a great candidate experience.
A great team player who is solution oriented and experienced in developing tailored candidate attraction strategies
Vacancy is open for independent contractors, maximum rate will be 75 euros incl travel costs.
A temporary contract is also possible, maximum salary will be 5500 euros per month based on a fulltime working week.
