We are looking for an international orientated interim HR Business Partner who can ensure a seamless alignment of HR and IT. Available between 32-40 hours (preferably 40 hours and directly).
Demonstrate deep skilled HCM functional business process knowledge;
Gain consensus on new process concepts and build coalitions to move process improvement;
Drive & Execute transformation and innovation forward;
Enable continuous improvement of business processes through HR IT initiatives;
Determine the optimal process governance needed in the organization, and manage this decision making and approval process, and its key stakeholders and participants;
Collaborate with peers in both IT and HR areas to drive the adoption of a process.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in HCM especially around master data, payroll & its integration, talent management, performance management and various other sub modules within HCM and involved in solution assessment. design, build & deploy and user training.
Should have been part of large global multi – million dollar implementation programs with experience as a key process consultant.
Must have experience in interacting with 3rd party application providers, external consultants and other system integrators.
Must have played key advisory role on template design, build & maintenance and demonstrated the ability to perform the role of a principle consultant in the area of specialization.
Thorough understanding of business processes and management systems is required.
Has proven to be able to deliver a strategy in this area and has ability to work on innovation, continuous improvement and next generation HR IT strategy.
Industry experience with a food & consumer packaged goods company is preferred.
Must have worked as part of large teams and diverse teams of resources across multiple geographies and cultures and should be capable of collaborating with resources remotely.
This role is open for an indepent employee, maximum rate is 80-85 euros per hour, including travel costs. Also open for candidates who are open to be (temporarily) contracted by Experis.
