Purpose of the role: The digital marketing manager will help our customer to develop as a digital company in the field of oncology by implementing our strategic customer engagement model (ICEM) with a strong focus on digital channels and associated partnership projects. You will write an integrated digital plan for oncology and will also be responsible for digitally sharing our customers ‘Patient First’efforts.
Responsibilities: Co-development and co-implementation of our cutomers Oncology multichannel marketing strategies for Breast Cancer and other indications in collaboration with the IDM Regional MCM team, the local in-country Marketers and the other digital XFT members.
Continued development of ICEM (Integrated Customer Engagement Model) for Breast Cancer in collaboration with the Regional IDM Oncology MCM specialists and measurement of the success of (digital) marketing campaigns
Share and gather knowledge and best practices with other BU’s and from eMCM teams above country and externally
Collaboration with the local Digital Project Lead (participation in working group depending on strategic focus for Oncology)
Intense collaboration with sales force, Marketing and Medical to enlarge the ways of customer engagement towards digital channels (e.g. Webinars, e-Learnings, etc)
Management of Oncology inputs and links for HCP Portal and coordination with central content creation teams.
Development of Rep Triggered E-mails for breast cancer and other in-line products as well as congress activities and unbranded content, where appropriate
Coordination of patient-related digital projects such as Apps, patient support websites
Follow dedicated oncology KPIs and integration of RTE and digital channels into rep reporting tools
Measure and report performance of campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Build Pfizer Oncology online presence (intergrated) in collaboration with the Partnership manager oncology
Responsible for managing the content creation of Patient First efforts like field meetings, collaborations with external parties and stakeholders
Over het bedrijf
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge and experience in digital marketing
Experience in project management
Experience with process management is a pre
Strategic thinking to understand business needs and translate them into clearly defined digital marketing campaigns
Knowledge of digital campaigns and websiteanalytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, Trends,…) and proven ability to produce such campaigns within corporate environments
Ability to collaborate in XFT, with in- and external vendors
Analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Create culture of innovation, leadership and continuous improvement
Accompany mind-set change towards (digital) transformation within the department
