In our Marketing team we are looking for someone to join us as:

The Marketing team consists of one direct colleague, a Team Manager and one Coordinator. The challenge that awaits you is exciting in many ways, since you will be end-to-end responsible, for both Brand- and Customer Marketing for the Dutch market and you will manage the entire country budget for your set of brands. You are responsible to defining the brand strategy for the Dutch market, whilst incorporating the global brand identity for your range. You will team up with the Regional Marketing Team to streamline your approach.
You will also pick your own product lines and this entails the bi-annual set-up the right product range and pricing for your market.
Unlike most FMCG industries, since market NPD insights are not available in our industry, you will combine other relevant figures (sales data, market trends, etc.) as a basis for your marketing strategy.
You will also partner with our Digital team, to combine your market knowledge with their online expertise, for optimal presence of your brands on the web.
You will manage relationships with our external agencies for the execution of brand marketing activities across all the different media points.
You will be expected to continuously measure your brands success by tracking KPI’s and adjust your strategy as required.

What does it take to succeed?
You know how to get things done within a large and international matrix organization, based on your previous experience in a similar context.
Managing different brands to perfection may not always be easy, so in order to accomplish your most important goals, you will need to be able to set priorities and push back where necessary. A great high-level overview and solid project management skills will be essential in this respect.
Flexible and determined approach to your work is vital.
• Bachelor degree, preferably in Marketing. • 5 Years of experience in a Marketing role, preferably within FMCG, licensed consumer good, apparel- or beauty industry. • Fluent in both Dutch and English. • Preferably experience and knowledge of the toy market and a solid network within this field.
