We are looking for a Communication and Change Facilitator to shape, develop and deliver the global communications and culture change management program (Customers First program) of our client in Heerlen. This is a temporary assignment, start asap until end of this year.
Key areas of responsibility
Co-develop and ensure delivery of communications & culture change strategy in support of the Customers First program and desired mindset
Trusted advisor to the Customers First workstream leads re communications matters
Key driver of the Customers First digital platform in terms of content creation
Key liaison with HR to link HR progams on capabilities, competences, Training & Education
Ensure alignment of global communications and messages with program objectives
The communication and change facilitator needs to work as part of a high-performing, global, 24/7, dialogue-based, networked team. A lot of interaction with workstream leads and HR is needed.
The function plays a key role in establishing a ‘Customer First ’ mindset and works together with a variety of external and internal stakeholders.
Furthermore, digitization and its impact on change and communications are of vital importance.

An academic degree in Business/Communication or other relevant subject matter
Knowledge of communications strategies and methods
Native speaker/High level of proficiency in English and at least one other language
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong skills in managing several, complex projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of digital
Ideally experience in a comparable communications role, preferably in a BtB environment.
All round: experience with change management, internal communications
Available to start on short notice
Personal characteristics: communicative, networker, self-starter, flexible, cope with high pressure, professional, representative, persuasive, hands on, agile, pro-active and culturally sensitive
This is a challenging fulltime position within an international organised company, location Heerlen - 40 hours per week. Salary indication €3000 - €4000 depending on experience per month; on anual basis 25 holidays, pension and bonus scheme, travel compensation. Freelance is possible too, rate negotiable.
