Over de functie

We want to deliver a great experience rather than just a product! In your role as the Consumer Satisfaction Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring that people ordering through our direct-to-consumer channel will have the best possible experience on many parts of the customer journey, but mainly in our post purchase phase. You are proactively identifying consumer needs based on their feedback and will align with the responsible DtC teams to translate these improvements to our webshops and other channels. In this role, you will be the single point of contact within the direct-to-consumer team to our (external) consumer service center and consumer care leads within the local markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make sure that every customer will end up as an ambassador of our brands
  • Monitor customer feedback captured at our customer care agency and through our user feedback tools on our websites. Based on the feedback connect with the DTC team, supply chain, fulfilment center and/or IT team on planning and implementing changes to improve the consumer experience.
  • Implement, mapping and improving our end-to-end NPS covering all touchpoints – pre & post sales
  • Lead expansion of our current service channels (e.g. chat, whatsapp, self service) in order to improve call avoidance
  • Working closely with our Content Managers, CRM Manager, Development team, Commercial team, and Operations team to implement changes for customer satisfaction improvements
  • Defining and executing initiatives to start surprising our consumers through our channels

To be successful in this role:

  • You should bring MBO+/HBO degreein the area of communications, (online) marketing and project management.
  • You have 1+ years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • You have worked with Content Management Systems (e.g., Intershop, Magento, Sitecore) before.
  • You like it to keep the processes and planning strait and clear, you will make sure that no deadline will be missed. 
  • your skills in Dutch and English languages are excellent, while proficiency in German, French or Spanish is considered as a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital or writing search engine optimized copy is considered as a plus as well.
