• Provide comprehensive support to the SSC Program Director in all PMO and project management activities.

• Collaborate with the business, program, and stakeholders to coordinate and develop robust plans that ensure a smooth transition of the SSC program.

• Manage and coordinate all project materials, data, and reporting to effectively support the SSC program's objectives.

• Conduct risk management by proactively identifying potential risks and concerns and working closely with SSC GPOs and third-party partners to devise and implement optimal solutions.

• Escalate issues across the various SSC program towers as appropriate, involving all relevant parties, including business GPOs, third-party partners, and the SSC Program team, to address them effectively.

• Oversee PMO activities and reporting specifically for the SSC Program team, ensuring clear and consistent communication of progress and potential obstacles.

• Engage with key delivery and project teams to ensure that all project milestones are met and timelines are strictly adhered to.

• Collaborate with SSC GPOs, Genpact program leads, and the transition team to build alignment across all project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and status reporting.

• Foster collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment on the project's progress and actions needed to keep the program on track.

As a PMO, your primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive support to the SSC Program Director in all PMO and project management activities. This includes collaborating closely with the business, the program, and stakeholders to coordinate and develop robust plans that facilitate a smooth transition of the SSC program. The role involves managing and coordinating all project materials, data, and reporting to ensure that they effectively support the SSC program's objectives. A key aspect of the role is risk management, which requires proactively identifying potential areas of risk and concern and working closely with SSC GPOs and the third party to devise and implement optimal solutions. When issues arise across the various SSC program towers, the PMO is responsible for escalating these appropriately, ensuring that all relevant parties, including business GPOs, third party, and the SSC Program team, are involved in addressing them.

Furthermore, the PMO is responsible for overseeing PMO activities and reporting specifically for the SSC Program team, ensuring that there is clear and consistent communication of progress and any potential obstacles. This involves engaging with key delivery and project teams to ensure that all project milestones are met and timelines are strictly adhered to. The PMO must work closely with SSC GPOs, Genpact program leads, and the transition team to build alignment across all project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and status reporting. The aim is to foster collaboration and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on the project's progress and any actions needed to keep the program on track.

• Previous BPO experience

• Particularly good working knowledge of PMO tools including but not limited to Excel, JIRA, PowerPoint, Teams etc.

• 3-5 years plus PMO/Project Management experience.

• Willingness to travel in Benelux and Germany for meetings with the team once in a while.

• Rate: 70 - 80 euro's an hour;
• Start: As soon as possible;
• Contract: 7 months with the option to be extended
• Hybrid/remote working possible (1 day a week on site);
• Hours a week: 36 - 40.
